Return and Exchange Policies
We want you to be pleased with your eTag Depot purchase. In the event that you would like to return or exchange your eTag Depot product, please submit a return request to AIB within ten days of receiving your order.
AIB will accept exchanges and returns for the following reasons:
- Received the Wrong Product
- Ordered the Wrong Product
- Not Satisfied with the Product
- There was a Problem with the Product
To exchange a purchase for a new product:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the exchange as well as your company name and order number.
- AIB will ship you the new product within 7-10 days of the exchange request.
- The shipment will include a return UPS label for you to return the product that was originally purchased.
- Adhere the label to the box that you received the new product in, and drop it off to a UPS facility or have it picked up by UPS within 48 hours of receiving the label.
To return a product for a full refund:
- Email email@example.com with the reason for your return as well as your company name and order number.
- A pre-paid UPS return label will then be sent to you by email within 3-4 days of the return request.
- Print the UPS label, adhere it to the box that you received the product in, and drop it off at a UPS facility or have UPS pick it up within 48 hours of receiving the label.
Note: All returns take 7-10 business days to process once they arrive at AIB HQ. Full refunds are all issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 14 days for your financial institution to process.
