Return Policy

AIB does accept return requests for all eTAG supply purchases from etagdepot.com. If you are not satisfied with the product, AIB will issue you a full refund or a store credit. If you want to exchange one product for another, please make an exchange request by emailing orders@etagdepot.com. Make sure to include your order number in your exchange request. AIB will ship you the new product and will include a shipping label for you to return the product that is being exchanged.
